Help Desk Intern
Responsibilities include: Receiving calls from users having problems using computer software, hardware or other telecommunication equipment. Investigate and resolve problems. Escalate service requests that cannot be resolved to the next level. Assists other help desk staff prioritize requests. Maintain Windows Server Update Services and updates on all CEI network pcs. Other duties as assigned.
Candidates need to be familiar with and able to demonstrate skills with Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Microsoft Office XP, 2003 and 2007 products. (Posted October 27th, 2008)
